At Solviora, we take pride in delivering premium dried fruit products of the highest quality.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of opened food items for hygiene and food safety reasons.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they remain in their original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your request and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period of time.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival
  • The incorrect item was shipped
  • The product is defective
